What are the Shipping charges?
Design5.biz is committed to deliver your order with good quality packaging within given time frame. We ship on the immediate Saturday that falls after the time of your placing the order, except Sunday & Public holidays. We ship through SPEED POST for regular shipping and other courier agencies for expedited shipping only.
What mode of payment do you accept?
We accept all major debit & credit cards, Net Banking and PayPal for International Orders at checkout.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, We offer International Shipping but only to countries served by India Speed Post.
After I place my order, How long does it take for an order to arrive?
Orders are dispatched on every Saturday that falls after the time of your placing the order. Most orders are delivered within 5 to 7 working days. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order.
Design5.biz is not responsible for service transit time.
Delivery time to the end user is subject to factors beyond our control ("Force Majeure Event") including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions and strikes. Transit times are provided by the carriers and may vary with package origin and destination, particularly during peak periods.
Kindly make sure there is someone to receive the packages at all times as India Post does not have the facility to call before delivery of items. Design5 Studio will not be responsible for any packages missed/ delayed due to locked doors, or non-availability of a recieving person at the given address.

Can I return or exchange my purchase?
If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. We allow return or exchange of products if there is a manufacturing defect or a damage in transit. Our products are handmade and some variations are part of the handmade process.
All product dimensions and materials are mentioned on each product. We do not entertain exchanges for size-related issues.
Please email our customer care within 48 hours of delivery at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, date of transaction, delivery address and image of the wrongfully delivered or defective item. Our customer care team will resolve the issue within 48 working hours.
Given the handmade nature of our products, we reserve the sole discretion to provide the resolution to any situation as we deem fit. Each return or exchange request is handled on a case by case basis and we request you to get in touch with our team for prompt resolution.
No refunds would be given if the customer has provided wrong or incomplete shipping address, there are 3 failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency and/or the package is refused by the recipient.
Our policy lasts 10 days for all Indian and 20 days for International orders. If the given numbers of days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.
To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
We can’t exchange any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
You should email us at email@example.com, and we will mail you the return address details. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over Rs.5000 INR, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Only regular priced items may be replaced, unfortunately sale items cannot be replaced.
When will the refund from a cancellation reflect in my account?
Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receipt of the product by Design5 Studio, provided goods are received in acceptable condition, as dispatched from our warehouse or receipt of request for cancellation of order. Refund is made to the same mode of order payment.
