How To - Make Bio-Enzyme Cleaner from your kitchen waste
Lets learn how to make all natural, bio-enzyme cleaner from your kitchen waste.
Yes, you heard me right. Its no rocket science. We can use our everyday kitchen waste to create bio-enzyme. A simple, eco-friendly and effective solution for all your home cleaning needs.
The first batch of bio-enzyme takes about 3 months to prepare. And this 3 is the magic formula. So easy to remember too. Why?
All you need are three things :
1 part jaggery or gur (100gm)
Add 3 times (300 gm) orange peels (you can use anything citrusy like mousambi, pineapple or lemon peels too)
Add 3 times water of this total mixture
Put all these ingredients in a plastic container and tight closed lid. You need to keep this aside for 3 months.
After 3 months sieve and drain the liquid into bottles. You can reuse the remaining pulp for the fermentation of the next batch or shove it into your composter too! Use this liquid to clean surfaces, utensils, mopping and even the toilet. Yes, this becomes your environment friendly cleaner with no chemicals. Add any fragrance oil at the end if you must, else this citrusy smell itself is great.
After all sustainability begins at home.
